Our Story
Enviro Trees UK is an innovative leader in tree services management. Founded as Enviro Frontier by Peter and Kylie Dubiez. We started as a small residential tree lopping business in Sydney, Australia, back in 2010 after amassing over 20 years of prior experience in the industry. The business rapidly expanded into the insurance sector, with requests to provide emergency response services to deliver a national service across rural and regional Australia.
As we expanded, we were surprised by the shortfall in service and level of reporting offered by the industry. We believed our customers deserved better and at the same time, we wanted a better way to effectively provide fast response to customer requests, anywhere in Australia.
Armed with significant experience, we set about building a national network of first-class local tree partners that could be accessed quickly and reliably through one easy-to-use online system and who met our performance, ethics, and regulatory requirements. Our goal was to deliver cost, quality, safety, and timeliness. Underpinning the tree partner network is a technology system designed by Enviro, specifically for the trade that we call Tree Manager™.
From the ongoing success in delivering our goal to our Australian global insurance clients, Enviro Trees UK was invited in December 2022 to establish our model and technology into the UK.
Today our network has grown to more than 250 pre-approved tree partners across Australia and 80 plus and growing in the United Kingdom, accessible through our award-winning web and mobile application software, Tree Manager™. Enviro Trees UK and Australia is a service business, with a curated network of local compliant tree partners connected by TreeManager™technology.
Award-Winning Technology
Tree Manager™ was developed by Enviro, in conjunction with our technology business partners, as we identified that there was no existing trade services work management application that provided the end-to-end visibility, functionality, and level of service that we believed was required for our tree partners, customers and customer care team.
Today Tree Manager™ continues to evolve with ongoing software upgrades and enhancements. Our investment in technology has allowed us to move trade services into the digital era with far more efficient and dynamic work processes.
In 2017, Enviro Trees with Tree Manager™ was recognised as an ABA100 Winner for Innovation in The Australian Business Awards. We were also winners of the 2015 National Yes Optus MyBusiness Award for Most Innovative Use of Technology. Most recently Enviro Trees was awarded Queensland Arboriculture Association award for Industry Innovation in 2022. Other finalists' awards have included the Australian Small Business Awards for Services 2016 and 2017 and Entrepreneur 2016.
We are proud to receive awards that recognise our innovation and commitment to building a robust, easy-to-use workflow application and multi-level communication portal for the insurance, facilities maintenance, and emergency services sectors.
Tree Manager™ is now in use in the UK market, providing a proven technology platform that is tailored to the unique requirements of the UK market and delivering transparency and seamless service to our tree partners, consultants, and customers.
